Welcome to Goldex. This Terms and Conditions page explains the rules that govern use of our platform and the contractual relationship between our company and registered users in Canada. It sets out account responsibilities, eligibility, acceptable use, bonus and promotion principles, dispute procedures, and how we manage updates to these terms. By accessing our site and services you accept these conditions and agree to comply with applicable provincial laws, including age restrictions and payment requirements that apply in your place of residence.
Account responsibilities
Account holders must provide accurate personal information and keep contact details up to date. Passwords and authentication credentials are the user’s responsibility; unauthorized access must be reported immediately to our support team. We may suspend or restrict access if fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or breaches of these terms are suspected. Closing or deactivating an account does not remove liability for obligations accrued prior to termination.
Login and verification
Login credentials must not be shared. For security we may require two-factor authentication for certain transactions. Identity verification is required before withdrawals and in accordance with our Know-Your-Customer procedures; acceptable documents include government-issued ID and proof of address. Document review times may vary, and pending verification can delay payouts.
Account limits and closures
Deposit and withdrawal limits may be applied to individual accounts. We reserve the right to close, restrict, or suspend accounts for abuse, chargebacks, or violation of responsible gambling policies. Funds will be returned or processed according to our withdrawal rules and any outstanding investigations.
Eligibility requirements
Only persons who meet local legal age requirements and who are physically located in jurisdictions where our services are permitted may open accounts. Age of majority in Canada varies by province; users must confirm they meet the applicable minimum. One account per person or household is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use of the service
Use of the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes is prohibited. Automated access, use of bots, VPNs to bypass territorial restrictions, and sharing of accounts are disallowed. We monitor activity and may take action including withholding funds and terminating accounts where unacceptable use is detected.
Bonuses and promotions - general principles
Promotional offers are governed by specific terms published with each promotion. In general, bonuses require qualifying deposits, carry wagering requirements, and have time limits and maximum cash-out caps. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary and are stated in promotion terms. Abuse of bonuses or use of prohibited methods to circumvent requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.
Wagering and time limits
Bonuses are subject to wagering multipliers and expiry periods. Wagering contributions differ by game type and are set out with each offer. Unused promotional balances after expiry will be forfeited. Maximum bet sizes while using bonus funds may be imposed.
Dispute handling and contact
Questions or disputes should be raised with our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve matters promptly and will provide a clear escalation path, including internal review. Where applicable, independent mediation or arbitration may be used in accordance with the law. Jurisdiction and governing law will follow the terms stated in the account agreement.
Updates to terms

Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users may close accounts if they do not agree with updates, subject to the account closure provisions above.
